Cascadia is a strategic yet relaxing tile-laying game where players build a harmonious ecosystem of the Pacific Northwest. Using habitat and wildlife tiles, each player creates a unique landscape of mountains, rivers, forests, prairies, and wetlands. The goal is to best match habitats with the needs of animals – eagles, bears, salmon, foxes, and elk – earning points for smart placement and connectivity. The game combines simple rules with deep strategy and high replayability. With variable scoring, each play feels fresh. For 1–4 players, ages 10+, lasting 30–45 minutes. Winner of Spiel des Jahres 2022.
